The Future of Patient Voice?

The King's Fund report 'The Future of Patient Voice: Learning from the Healthwatch Model' reflects on over a decade of the Healthwatch.

The findings state that whatever replaces Healthwatch must:

 Remain truly independent
 Retain local reach and deep community relationships
 Drive meaningful, durable change — not just collect and report data

The King's Fund recommends that the Government proactively plans the succession of Healthwatch, building on what's worked rather than starting from scratch.
