Sky Blues in the Community introduce new project to support men’s mental health

A community sports charity which operates across Coventry and Warwickshire is launching a new five-year mental health project targeting men in Warwickshire with a new group about to start in Leamington Spa.

Sky Blues in the Community (SBitC) is a charity linked to Coventry City Football Club, which has launched a 6-week mental health programme called MENtalk. The project aims to support men with their emotional health and well-being, and has already changed the lives of some participants.
