COVID-19 update

Passionate about improving local services, Engagement and Outreach officers usually spend their time in the community, talking to you to learn more about your experiences; finding out what you think is going well and how you think things can be improved. We know that the best way to find out what you think is to chat with you in person, but due to Covid restrictions, they are currently unable to hold face-to-face meetings. However, we still want to hear from you so please do get in touch, we want to find out what your experience of health and social care services has been.

Engagement and Outreach

Engagement and Outreach Officers usually visit local community centres. GP surgeries, hospitals and other community hubs across Warwickshire, where you can share your feedback – the good and the bad – in a familiar setting. Any concerns you raise are always followed up by us, and we use our influence to make sure services are improved, your needs are met and local services continue to deliver a high standard of care.

Examples of local centres we visit regularly (under normal circumstances) include:

To find out whether we will be visiting a service near you soon, head over to our  Events page to see the dates and locations of their next planned visits.

If you attend or run any community groups and would like us to come to you for a chat about your group’s experiences of local health and social care services, please get in touch!

If you would like to share your personal experiences of local services (anonymously, if you prefer), you can do so via our feedback form.
