Making health and social care services work better, for everyone

We have compiled information on how service provision has been affected by the Covid-19 Outbreak, both in Warwickshire and, where relevant, nationally. This is in order to keep the public informed and also so that you can continue to seek help when you need it, whether or not your condition is related to coronavirus.

You can navigate this section of the website using the menu on the left.

If you are unwell and need medical help not related to coronavirus it is important that you continue to seek it. While services may look a bit different to normal, they are still available to you. However it is recommended to seek medical help online where possible:

  • For health information and advice, use the NHS website or check your GP surgery website.
  • For urgent medical help, use the NHS 111 online service. Only call 111 if you’re unable to get help online.
  • For life-threatening emergencies, call 999 for an ambulance.

These are unprecedented times and all services are under exceptional pressure at the moment. Please bear with them, and also with us as we try to keep the information as up to date as possible. We have included links directly to service websites where possible so that you will be able to find further, and the most up to date, information. Many of these services are also providing updates via social media.
