Tips on how to be prepared for, and make the most of video and phone appointments.

The South East London Cancer Alliance, with some input from patients, has made a video about making the most of virtual consultations. It is an excellent resource for any patient having phone/video consultations.

What we heard about health care from UK Armed Forces Veterans living in North Warwickshire, Nuneaton and Bedworth.

From January 2024, Healthwatch Warwickshire asked ex-armed forces veterans across North Warwickshire, Nuneaton and Bedworth to tell us about experiences of visiting GPs and other health care professionals, and about taking care of their health.

We are working with the WCC Armed Forces Covenant Officer and other partners to understand and improve access to primary care, including to physical health checks, for people who have previously served in the UK Armed Forces.
