We supported more than 45,000 people to have their say and get information about their care. We currently employ 9 staff, and our work is supported by 20 volunteers.
4, 372 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with us, helping to raise awareness of issues and improve care.
We published 14 reports about the improvements people would like to see in areas like GP and Mental Health service access, online triage, vaping support for young people, and phlebotomy.
