Healthwatch Warwickshire would like to hear your experiences of using pharmacies and getting prescription medication across Rugby.

What do we mean by 'pharmacy'?

Community Pharmacy: Also known as a retail pharmacy or chemist’s shop. These can be independently run or part of a larger chain.

Hospital Pharmacy:  Manages medications in a hospital or prescribed by staff at a hospital.

Nominated pharmacy:  A pharmacy chosen by a patient, for GPs to send prescriptions to.

There are different ways to share your experiences, good and bad, with us.

We will present the anonymous findings in a report.

We will present the report to the Local Pharmaceutical Committee (LPC), and the Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated care Board (ICB).
