Engagement and Outreach in South Warwickshire
Our Engagement and Outreach officers regularly visit community groups to provide the opportunity for people to share their experience of health and social care.
Between July and October 2023 we have visited seven Orbit properties in South Warwickshire to invite residents and staff to share their feedback. Orbit properties provide independent living for over 55s and in some locations provide domiciliary care on-site.
The visits were a combination of coffee mornings and events run by the Orbit Better Days team. During these visits, we provided information and signposting for individuals. We heard 82 pieces of feedback from 75 people and you can read or download our report here.
Healthwatch Warwickshire continue to listen to feedback from Orbit residents and staff, and have further visits planned over the next few months.
