Then why not join Warwickshire Wildlife Trust’s Health and Wellbeing Officer Dan on his free wellbeing in nature courses and volunteering sessions out at their nature reserves in Coleshill and Stratford.

Volunteer with ‘Wilder Wellbeing’

Help improve your wellbeing and give back to nature through practical and survey volunteering. The project offers a chance for you to get active, socialise, learn a new skill and enjoy the outdoors.  

Sessions are running throughout 2021 and 2022 at:

  • Welcombe Hills and Clopton Park, Wednesdays (2nd and 4th of the month), 10am - 1pm
  • Hams Hall Environmental Centre, Wednesdays (1st and 3rd of the month), 10am - 1pm

Wellbeing in Nature Course

Spend some time in nature to help improve your health and wellbeing with a free 5-week course.
Courses are running throughout 2021 and 2022 at:

  • Welcombe Hills and Clopton Park (CV37 6XZ), and 
  • Cole End Park (B46 1BQ).
