Our staff will be available (24 May and 30 June) to hear about your experiences of health and social care in Warwickshire, and to provide information and signposting to local support.
'Dementia Friendly Cafes offer tea and coffee, a chat, friendship and support for people living with Dementia*, carers, family and friends...plus the benefit of peer support from other carers.
*Please note that these Cafes are for people who can attend safely on their own or are accompanied by someone to support them. There is no provision of direct medical support here for people living with Dementia.'
