About this event

Healthwatch Warwickshire are holding an online event for anyone who uses Adult Social Care Services, or cares for someone who does.

We are inviting you to talk about your experiences, good and bad.

Positive and negative feedback is welcome.

We will also be happy to hear what you have to say over the phone, if online meetings aren't for you.

Sharing your story can help:

You get the advice or help you need: With your issues being followed up by the relevant team who will be able to look at why this might have happened and any actions that could be taken to address it.

Everyone get a better service: Warwickshire County Council will use all feedback to understand,  learn and improve. This will be through sharing any themes with the management team, in bulletins for staff,  informing training and guidance and changing processes to make them work better for the people who use the services.

This event is being held because the Commissioners,  who plan, purchase and monitor Adult Social Care Services want to know what people experience when they use these services.

If you need support to join in with this event, such as a person to sit with the person you care for, or an interpreter, Warwickshire County Council will cover these costs.

All you need to do is come and talk.

In order to keep this event welcoming and accessible places are limited, so please book now.
