The Carer's Trust Heart of England can provide information, advice, and support for those with caring responsibilities.

The Carers Trust website says that:

“Family carers are people who, without payment, look after relatives, friends or neighbours who could not manage alone due to illness, disability, old age, mental health needs or substance dependency. Despite their huge voluntary contribution to society many family carers experience significant disadvantages as a result of their caring role.”

You don’t have to go through it alone.

The Carers Trust Heart of England can provide information, advice and support – practical and emotional – for people who are caring for others.

What kind of support?

The Carers Trust support services include:

  • Carer Wellbeing Service
  • Practical support
  • Coventry Young Carers
  • Training and Learning opportunities

You needn’t be at crisis point, you may not even think of yourself as a carer. It may be for advice, or just someone to talk to.
