November 2023 marks the start of our new five year contract period to deliver the Healthwatch service across Warwickshire. Every three months we provide a report on our activities, and their impact.

The section of the report called 'What we heard' shows we received 370 pieces of feedback about local services this quarter. Thank you to everyone who shared their experiences of health and social care with us.

Below is one of the charts that appears in the report. It shows that GPs were the most common service we heard feedback about, and that 40 of those pieces of feedback were positive in nature.
