What is this meeting about?

The NHS 10 Year Plan

Coordinating the patient voice to impact on integrated care in Warwickshire.

Who is this meeting for?

Anyone who is a member of a formal consultation group, or a representative of a group, that is formally consulted by health and social care providers – this includes Patient Groups, PPG’s, CCG Boards, Boards of Governors’. Practice Manager’s, Lay Representatives on Boards, Governors’ of Hospitals, Social Care Groups, Relatives Groups. Healthwatch Warwickshire Authorized Representatives.


When and Where?

Friday 17th May 2019 from 10.30am to 1.00pm (registration from 10am) Wolston Leisure and Community Centre. Old School Fields, Manor View, Manor Estate, Coventry, CV8 3GT


Lunch will be provided. Free Parking on site. Bus Route / Stop by the Baptist Church on the corner.
