Who is this meeting for?
Anyone who is a member of a formal consultation group, or a representative of a group, that is formally consulted by health and social care providers – this includes Patient Groups, PPG’s, CCG Boards, Boards of Governors’. Practice Manager’s, Lay Representatives on Boards, Governors’ of Hospitals, Social Care Groups, Relatives Groups. Healthwatch Warwickshire Authorized Representatives.

Friday 17th May 2019 from 10.30am to 1.00pm (registration from 10am) Wolston Leisure and Community Centre. Old School Fields, Manor View, Manor Estate, Coventry, CV8 3GT.
