If you would like to share your experiences of local services, please do so via our confidential feedback form. Giving your feedback via this form helps us to take note of recurring issues so that we can investigate further and use our influence to improve services.

Healthwatch Warwickshire does not offer an advocacy service, we won’t be able to resolve any problems for you, but we will put you in touch with people who can.

Covid-19 Update:

While we are no longer holding face to face meetings and our office is now closed, you can still get in touch and we will reply to you during our working hours (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday). You can still contact us by phone, email or online. If you do phone us we maybe unable to answer straight away so please leave us your details so we can get back to you at the earliest opportunity.

If you prefer to write to us please be aware that as we will be unable to collect any post and will not be able to respond to you for at least 3 weeks, until the office has reopened. We apologise for any inconvenience and we are striving to maintain our services during this time.
