Making health and social care services work better, for everyone

With growing pressure on the NHS – people living longer, more people living with long-term conditions, and lifestyle choices affecting people’s health – changes are needed to make sure everybody gets the support they need.

The NHS has produced a Long Term Plan, setting out all the things it wants health services to do better for people across the country. Now your local NHS needs to hear from you about what those changes should look like in your community, as part of this Healthwatch has made a survey.

Healthwatch Warwickshire has been busy, getting out and about, asking people their views on the long term plan. As part of this work we will be holding an event at the Newtown Centre in Nuneaton, where we will be talking to people generally about the survey as well as talking more in depth about the role of technology in healthcare.

Do you live in or around Nuneaton? We will be at the Newtown Centre from 10am-12noon on Tuesday the 30th of April asking people what changes they would like to see to the NHS locally, teas and biscuits will be provided.
