The date and venue of the Standing Conference on Patient Voice has been changed. Please take Saturday 30th March at Benn Hall, Rugby out of your diaries as this event will NOT be taking place.

 

 

The event will now be held on  Friday 17th May 2019 from 10.30am to 1.00pm (registration from 10am) at Wolston Leisure and Community Centre. Old School Fields, Manor View, Manor Estate, Coventry, CV8 3GT.

Anyone who is a member of a formal consultation group or a representative of a group that is formally consulted by health and social care providers – this includes Patient Groups, PPG’s, CCG Boards, Boards of Governors’, Practice Manager’s, Lay Representatives on Boards, Governors of Hospitals, Social Care Groups, Healthwatch Warwickshire Authorised Representatives.
