Stratford District’s Senior Citizen’s Action Network (SCAN) Annual Conference takes place next week on Tuesday 24th April and will focus on health and the NHS.
This year’s event will be held at Stratford Racecourse and will look at how the NHS works on a local level. There will also be a focus on how people can support the NHS by taking some personal responsibility for their own health.
Speakers for the day range from South Warwickshire Foundation NHS Trust, South Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group and Healthwatch Warwickshire.
The event starts at 10am and finishes at 3.45pm and is free to attend for the over 50s and will include refreshments and a buffet lunch.
